Following the death of Phil Reid in April last year, the company has been through a difficult period. RTG has since then undergone numerous changes, among them the appointment of a new board of directors; David Murrell, Wayne Tilley and Steven Hurd. All three have been involved with RTG in managerial roles for the past 2 years, and with many years of experience and railway expertise, it makes sense for us to continue building the company and maintain our status as one of the fastest growing providers of isolation and possession planning and suppliers of safety-critical staff in the UK. We have also retained all key personnel and managers to protect our high standards and reputation.

Our focus now is on the future. We will be developing our core strengths in both AC and DC isolations, RIMINI and possession planning, staffing and implementation of works in all areas of the Rail infrastructure. We will be working to maintain our position as a leading provider of safety-critical staff and services through continued investment in quality training and equipment; our 150-strong team has an excellent knowledge of the local infrastructure and we have an excellent safety record.
